MQRC 2393- SSL Initialization Error on DataPower

Resolving MQRC 2393- SSL Error:

When a DataPower MQ client is trying to establish a connection with MQ server over SSL (mutual-auth), this MQRC 2393 error occurs. For resolving this type of error, the following steps are mainly used by the clients. Follow them and get resolved.

• First of all check with MQ team on what certs they configured in key store of MQ Queue manager.
• Make ensure that you are having the correct certs configured in "Crypto Identification Credentials" and "Crypto validation Credentials" objects.
• Now go get the Cipher configuration configured at Channel level from MQ team and compare it with Cipher field in SSL Proxy Profile object configured in MQ Queue Manager object. In certain of most cases, its value is shown to be as DES-CBC3-SHA.
• After this, ask MQ tech person to refresh the SSL Settings at Queue Manager Level and restart the channel. Now your error is gone missing!
